They are a great way to naturally boost your energy, packed with disease-fighting nutrients and a fast, yet easy way to give your body what it needs.
With the combination of certain ingredients, you can create yourself the perfect pick-me-up for those days when you need it most. These smoothie recipes will be sure to give you a boost of those happy hormones!
THE GREEN MOOD BOOSTER
A smoothie packed with phyto-nutrients from those greens, this is the perfect combination to fight those stress levels and give your body some of those happy-producing nutrients. Drink up and let them do the work!
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 tablespoons nut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1 tablespoon Superfood Greens
- 3 tablespoons raw cacao nibs
Blend everything (except raw cacao nibs). Once the smoothie is nice and smoothie, add in cacao nibs and give another blend. We like to still have a little crunch in these & it’s nice to sprinkle some on top! Enjoy.
